I'M IN LONDON!!!

I'm absolutly stuffed!

Just had room service. A nice ham and cheese panini and chips. Not too expensive really (I'm too tight to have paid for it if it was). I'm making the most of the hotel while I can. It won't be long until I'm in some random scabby hostel in the arse end of some European city dancing for my dinner. Most likely sexy dancing.

Got into London kings about 8:30pm an got the tube to Canada Water. Then a complimentary bus to the hotel. Did I mention it was a 4 star Hilton in Canary Wharf? You should see the view >>>

That's right, the room was cheap (like the budgie) and therefore the view is of doors.

I'm not complaining though. I've got a bag of pick 'n' mix and watching Dukes of Hazard.

Probably doing a bit of sightseeing tomorrow so I'll probably post a few picks.

Night

Ps Mmmmmmm Daisy duke

I'M IN LEEDS!!!

Following on from my last post, I'd just like to say that I made it on time for my bus. I had to go to work this morning so it wasn't anything important that I was going to be late for. I finished work about 4pm and then made my way to Leeds.

It's been a day of paranoia so far. I keep feelin like I've forgotten my passport - which I suppose is normal for most people, but at one point I thought I had lost my phone. It was in my hand. I even had the earphones in listening to some music, so that was weird but I'm going to blame that episode on the panic of sleeping in.

I'm just having some decent British food (Mc Donalds) before I get my train to London in about 45mins.

I'll probably update again later when in London.

Ps that bit about Mc Donalds was sarcasm ;)

I'M IN BRADFORD!!

I think I'm going to claim this as my first "official" blog posting.

It's about 1pm and I'm feeling pretty tired and discombobulated. To understand why. lets play a game....

Did I;

(A) Have a nice relaxing night and prepare myself for my journey by having a hair cut, finish packing, having a shave, bath and an early night after triple checking I had my passport just to make sure?

or

(B) After having my haircut, invite people back to mine for a game of Cement Mixer (of which I am a level two master) then basically just dick about until about 11pm and when people left, then decide to do all things in section (A) but instead feel it was more important to do the vacuuming?

Well I'm pretty much sure you all guessed (A) but bizarrely it was (B). I know thats hard to believe, but it's true.

Upon getting to the stage of being ready to retire to my bed for some much needed kip (after vacuuming at about midnight) I decided to set my alarm clock a good 15 minutes earlier than usual (06:45). I decided this 45 minutes in the morning would be more than enough time to get everything sorted before I needed to leave at 07:30.

I woke this morning, not the the screeching sound of my painfully loud alarm clock at 06:45, but to the sun slicing through the gap in my curtain straight into my eyes. I have a quick glance at my clock, then another and then a really long glance with wide eyes while I try to understand what it's telling me......... Its telling me it 07:23. SHIT!

TODAYS THE DAY!!

Well today I start my travels around Europe using the railways (and one sneaky plane)

I've never done a blog before and thought this would be a good way of people following what I get up to (If they can be bothered) and so I can remember when I get back.

I'd just like to point out to people that don't know me too well that my spelling is appalling so I apologise in advance for that.

This blog is pretty much an afterthought as I set off today and I have just thought to do it. I'm currently at work so sshhhhhhh.

I'm going to try and update this as much as possible with my travel shenanigans and Tomfoolery news from around Europe.

I'm going to be updating it on my phone (if thats possible) and whenever I can get a WIFI connection, so if there's silence for a couple of days, I'm not dead, just probably cant get online.

Right I better get back to work. Those buttons won't design themselves.

Laters!
